SaraHug – Shipping Policy

At SaraHug, we aim to deliver your kids’ cord sets safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy to know how we process and ship your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).

  • Orders placed after 5 PM or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (sales/festivals), processing may take an extra 1–2 days.


2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time within India: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Metro cities may receive orders faster; remote locations may take additional time.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above a defined order value (you can specify this).

  • For orders below the free-shipping threshold, a standard shipping fee will apply (you can set this amount).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be added during checkout.


4. Courier Partners

We ship through trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure secure and timely delivery.


5. Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.

  • You can track your order using the link until it is delivered.

  • If tracking information is not updated for 48 hours, please contact our support team.


6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

SaraHug will not be responsible for delays caused due to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery address

  • Recipient unavailable during delivery attempts

  • Courier delays due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen issues

If the package is returned to us, reshipping charges may apply.


7. International Shipping

(If applicable)
Currently, SaraHug ships only within India. International shipping will be introduced soon.


8. Order Not Received

If your order is marked delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with neighbours/security

  • Contact the courier directly using the tracking ID

  • If unresolved within 48 hours, contact us and we will assist further
